– Windows Server 2016/19; Active Directory LDAP
– Printer knowledge: Hardware and software (HP & Xerox)
– Knowledge cabling (UTP)
– Knowledge Microsoft Office
– Knowledge PC hardware, repair & troubleshooting
– Knowledge with Citrix
– Knowledge VOIP & TCP/IP
