We are looking for a Technical Sales representative👨🏻‍💻

As a Technical Sales Representative you can work in store, at the customer’s location and in the office. Customer service, punctuality, technical ability, speaking Papiamento and good communication skills are required. You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding the progress of orders, handling complaints and providing solutions.

– MAVO or HAVO diploma.
– Work experience in sales.
– Ability to speak and write Dutch and English.
– Maintain contact with customers by telephone or e-mail.
– Entering and monitoring administrative data in our ERP system.
– Technical support in the office.
– Collecting and delivering stock and/or products.
– Daily planning of orders, installations and problems.
– Experience with advertising on Facebook, Instagram and MailChimp.
– Independently come up with creative campaigns, texts actions.
– Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
– In possession of a valid driver’s license B

Plus points:
– Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10.
– Building computers.
– Basic knowledge of marketing and social media.
– Experience with technical computer terms.
